All content, designs, software, and data are owned by LeadCap.Guru or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute intellectual property without permission.

The Service may integrate with social media platforms. LeadCap.Guru is not responsible for third-party data issues or policy changes.

The Service is provided "as-is." LeadCap.Guru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account via your account settings.

LeadCap.Guru reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
